From producer to consumer

The company breeds the Valdostan Red Pied cows, so their maintenance is also involved in the whole part of the crop fodder, very important for the production of fontina cheese.

The milk obtained from the cows is then transformed into cheese and dairy products.

Fresh products are put in cells and sold, while the hard-rind cheeses are placed in different aging warehouses, where they are salted and preserved until their sale.

Since December 2012, the processing site has moved into a new structure where innovation and tradition combine to obtain a quality product.
